Get ready for 2024!

May 4-5 Georgia Wakeboard lessons is hosting the “Spivey Shootout” wakeboard and surf competition. The event will be hosted on the dam starting around 9 AM both days. Please observe the temporary no wake zone and come tie up with all your neighbors to watch the action!

May 25th LSCA’s social committee is hosting the annual “Summer Bash” to kick off the season. The event will be held at 2416 Emerald Dr. come by boat or car and enjoy a DJ by the pool along with a bounce house for the kids. As always an excellent selection of food will be provided!

July 4th Northshore HOA and the LSCA committee are once again joining forces to bring you a 4th of July parade and party! Stay tuned for more information.

 The Lake Spivey fireworks show will be Thursday July 4th starting at dark! Please come to the east side of the lake and anchor down for a spectacular show! As always the lake is idle speed after dark and hundreds of boats are expected so please proceed carefully. 

In case of a water emergency call our patrol boat at (678) 767-8779. Please note our patrol is not available 24-7 so for a true emergency dial 911.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! On behalf of the Lake Spivey Civic Association(LSCA), we would like to welcome you to our lake community officially. We are honored that you have chosen to call Lake Spivey home. 
 
As you settle in, we have assembled a welcome packet containing information and resources that we hope will help you get acclimated to your community. 

Your neighborhood HOA oversees the properties, communication, and activities of your subdivision. Please contact your neighborhood’s LSCA Director.

The LSCA board is committed to preserving the lake’s integrity and maintaining the lake’s safety and property appearance. The following documents guide our residents and are included for your reference.

Please take the time to read through the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations documents.

We highly recommend that you and your family participate in Lake Spivey’s orientation. Children ages 12-16 must take LSCA’s lake orientation and pass an LSCA Rules and Regulation Test

Governing Lake Spivey

The operation of our lake is governed by the Lake Spivey Civic Association board of directors.

The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of Lake Spivey.

We also have two LSCA staff positions that are available to assist you.

Lake Spivey Administrator

Faith Bishop serves as the Lake Spivey Administrator. She assists with billing, watercraft registration, closing letters, and general member services. Please contact your HOA or LSCA neighborhood director for any issues or questions pertaining to your physical property.

Children ages 12-16 must take LSCA’s lake orientation and pass an LSCA Rules and Regulation Test.

We know you’ll find our community a great place to live, and we encourage your participation in all our activities and functions.​ LSCA is always looking for people to get involved as committee members and eventually assuming leadership roles.
