New Members

Dear New Neighbor,

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! On behalf of the Lake Spivey Civic Association Board (LSCA), we would like to welcome you to our lake community officially. We are honored that you have chosen to call Lake Spivey home.

As you settle in, we have assembled a welcome packet containing information and resources that we hope will help you get acclimated to your community.

The operation of our lake is governed by the Lake Spivey Civic Association board of directors. The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of Lake Spivey. We also have two LSCA staff positions that are available to assist you.

Faith Bishop serves as the Lake Spivey Administrator and assists with lake safety, properties, lake-related activities, assists with dues, watercraft registration, and homeowner communication-related activities. She can be reached at administator@lakespivey.org.

Please contact between the hours of 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. Monday through Friday
Your neighborhood HOA oversees the properties, communication, and activities of your subdivision. Please contact your neighborhood’s LSCA Director. You can find their contact information here. LINK

The LSCA board is committed to preserving the lake’s integrity and maintaining the lake’s safety and property appearance. The following documents guide our residents and are included for your reference.

Please take the time to read through the Bylaws Rules and Regulations documents. All residents are required to complete Lake Spivey’s lake safety video and test prior to registering and operating watercraft on Lake Spivey.

You can find additional information about LSCA on our resources page.
